At the beginning of the New Year, the “You’re the Heaven of the World in April” Art Teapotis grandly producedby Shanghai Art Collection Museum, which isjoint creation with the Chinese Crafts and Artisan Master, Mr. Chen Hailong.
This Art Teapot is named from theindestructible poetry"You’re the Heaven of the World in April”, written by the first Chinese well-known architect and poet, Lin Huiyin.
As the China's first female architect, famous writer and poet, Lin Huiyin is not only the main designer of the National Emblem of the People's Republic of China and patterns of the Monument to the People's Heroes, but also her poems win universal praise. She and her renownedhusband - the famous architect LiangSicheng, worked together to create the cultural peakwhich posterity difficult to surpass.
To commemorate building “the special pavilion of Liang Sicheng and Lin Huiyin”,Shanghai Art Collection Museumelaborately selectedtwo paintings(“Bamboo and stoneFigure”?? and “Like a mountain, like a river”),which were draw by the famous art painter Mr. Yu Shaosong specificallyfor the wedding of Liang and Lin.Hereby, the museuminvited theChinese arts and crafts master, Mr. Chen Hailong to design the "You’re the Heaven of the World in April”art teapot, which wasbased on these two paintings’ pattern.
The art pot means a better pray, such assteadfast in life, the best for the future. The whole potis styledby“Bamboo and stoneFigure” and decorated by “Like a mountain, like a river”miniature engraving.
This art pot was manually casted by Mr. Chen Hailong, who isspecializes in stone carving, addingfull-bodiedpoetic melody.
It is a great honor for invited Liang Sicheng’s widow, the famous heritage building expert and the writer, Lin Shu inscribed paragraph. Meanwhile, matcheswith Lin Shu autographed book “Liang, Lin and me”, this special teapot try to describe the emotional anecdotes in more detail.
As its particularity, this art pot also provides the collection certificate which is autographed by the person in charge of Shanghai Art CollectionMuseum, Hu Muqing and Chinese Arts and Craft MasterChen Hailong.
